Here at Oceanweed, we want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help. We offer free returns and exchanges up to 14 days from the delivery of your order.
Faulty product
If an item purchased is deemed faulty, we will accept returns and offer a full refund on the product. Alternatively, you can exchange your product for a replacement.
Exchange size
As long as items still have tags intact and there are no visible signs of wear or use, you can exchange your product for a different size or for store credit.*
Change of mind
If you change your mind, we can offer you store credit or exchange for another item but cash refunds are not permitted.*
*Please note that all sales of clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a faulty item.
How do I return an item?
To return or exchange items, please complete the following steps:
Fill out the contact form on our website or e-mail us at returns@oceanweed.com.au. Please include your order reference number and details of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label via e-mail. Please print and use this label to return your item(s) via post.
Once we have received your item(s), we will either issue you with a full refund or mail your exchange item(s) within 48 hours.
Please note:
The timeframe for receiving your refund will depend on your financial institution.
We take no responsibility for items being lost in the mail.
We are happy to offer free shipping on returns/exchanges, however this is limited to one free exchange per order.
